To do so we at Regal have developed a finely tuned process for expertly tackling moves small and large, with any level of complexity. Our combination of training, technology, and professional, service oriented employees creates a pleasant, stress free move experience. Here’s how it works:
Step 1 – First Contact
Your initial contact you will be with a live highly trained move coordinator who will assess your moving needs and based on that initial assessment either provide you with a quote right over the phone or schedule an in-home move consultation with one of our trained move consultants.
Step 2 – In-Home Consultation
One of our trained and experienced move consultants will tour your home with you to make suggestions and take note of your specific needs during the move process. After designing a custom relocation plan according to your moving needs your move consultant will provide you with an honest estimate of the cost for your move.
Step 3 – Before Your Move
You will have a move coordinator assigned to you to guide you through your custom relocation plan. No matter how complex or simple your move may seem, we will help you prepare by offering free delivery of packing materials, advice on packing and streamlining your inventory, and we’ll explain every step so you know exactly what to expect. You will have your move coordinator’s direct phone number and email address, and we promise to call you in the days preceding your move for any last questions. You can also expect text notifications when your pack materials are on their way, when your crew is dispatched on the day of your move, and 15 minutes before your crew will arrive at your doorstep.
Step 4 – Moving Day
On your move day, friendly, professional movers will arrive on time at your door step ready to get to work. Led by an experienced crew chief, our movers are carefully screened and given the knowledge and tools to get the job done right the first time quickly and efficiently. They will work as long as it takes to get the move done, even if unexpected challenges arise during the day. Large, awkward pieces, narrow stairs, bad weather, or broken elevators are all part of what you hire us to handle. Relax…Its Regal!
Step 5 – After The Move
Even after the bill is signed and your crew has departed your new home, you are never on your own when it comes to questions you may have or extra help you may need. We encourage you to call us without hesitation if you have any concerns about your move. Also call your move coordinator to arrange for additional services, such as unpacking. Most importantly, we want to know how everything went, so complete our online survey so we can ensure that you are not only satisfied, but delighted enough to become a customer for life – and hopefully tell your friends and family about us too!
